MOVEMENT TO MUSIC Gentle SEATED Exercise
Monday 2.00pm weekly , Sedbury Village hall
sessions are suitable for anyone wanting to improve or maintain their strength and fitness, including those concerned about their balance or with long term health conditions. A qualified instructor leads the classes and exercises are done alongside music with seated/ standing-holding on for support and may use simple apparatus, including balls and rubber stretch bands.
Classes are run by our trained volunteer, Andrew, in partnership with Severnside Coaching.
you are welcome to just turn up for a taster session.
